If you haven’t lifted weights for several weeks, and then are suddenly motivated on Monday after Thanksgiving to work-out, you will be very sore the next day. Just in case you know someone who might be crazy enough to try it.

You know, my 2 year old has been putting on weight lately, and my upper right arm has been so sore! Hauling him around has been the only thing I can figure out which could be making me so sore! 😉
